The Command, Control, Communications, Computers and Information Technology Business Unit (C4IT BU) is one of five business units in the growing Defense Solutions Group. The C4IT BU is a known industry leader in command, control, communications, computers, and intelligence (C4I), engineering, and logistics support. The C4IT BU currently has an opening for a Project Management Analyst II supporting our Information Assurance Division in North Charleston, SC.



Job Duties/Responsibilities: Candidate will provide direct support to the Government Project Manager and entire team. He/She will manage project purchasing and tracking funding expended. Candidate will coordinate and run meetings; manage team schedule; coordinate training for the team to include compliance with DoD initiatives; and collect information to provide reports as needed to the Government supervisor. Establishes and maintains cost/schedule baselines, develops Work Breakdown Structures (WBS's), develops project Budgets, and possesses a complete understanding of related financial policies. Develops and maintains Estimates at Completions (EAC's) for projects. Understands and analyzes critical path schedules and the impact on cost. Provides data and reporting formats for all types and levels of program reviews. Prepares written and verbal reports to management. Prepares budgets and analyzes anticipated budget expenditures. Interprets and implements cost proposal estimating, pricing, and documentation requirements. May define parameters for estimate preparation.



Education/Experience Requirements: Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution and 2+ years related experience is required. High school diploma or GED and six (6) years of experience supporting Project Managers may be substituted in lieu of the degree requirement. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Word and Excel. Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, as interacting at all levels within the customer space as well as other parts of the intelligence community will be necessary. Must be able to work independently with minimal direction and be a team player and willing to contribute to project goals when needed. Working knowledge of PowerPoint, Project and Visio is desired. Familiarity with/experience in CMMI is desired. Prior administrative experience with the Intelligence community or U.S. Military is also desired. Candidate selected will be subject to a Government background investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for a Secret clearance, with possibility of a Top Secret clearance.
