-10 years of experience with special access programs in a professional environment
-10 years of experience in working with the Intelligence Community
-Experience with Microsoft Office
-Experience with leading, planning, and managing controlled access programs
-Ability to manage competing priorities
-TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
-BA or BS degree or 4 years of experience with supporting the Intelligence Community in lieu of a degree
-Experience as a program manager, Senior Telecommunications Officer (STO), Chief, National Clandestine Service (NCS), or Chief, Joint Special Operations Command (JSOC)
-Experience with IC research tools or databases
-Experience with planning, leading, and completing complex projects
-Knowledge of the Intelligence Community''s structure or IC or Interagency member organizations'' roles and responsibilities in regard to collection and sensitive program integration
-Knowledge of special access programs and alternative compensatory control measures with an emphasis on integrated collection strategies focused on intelligence and operations integration
-Possession of excellent grammatical skills
-Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills
-Possession of excellent analytical and organizational skills
